It's hard to believe it's already July. Being in Naples, FL in the summer is something I look forward to every year. Some say it's too hot, for me it's when things cool off. Lighter traffic, no waiting for a table, time for friends and family. And, unlike past real estate selling years, summer is sometimes just as active, if not more so, than season. Savvy buyers looking to cherry pick make it their business to scout out the summer deals.
